Corinne is a Senior Researcher specialising in the Healthcare sector. With a background in Human Sciences and Health and Social Care, Corinne brings valuable knowledge to her role. She works closely with healthcare clients, both in the private healthcare and NHS sectors, and has successfully filled notable roles such as Deputy Chief People Officer and Clinic Manager.

Corinne’s work involves attending client briefings, conducting sector research, and identifying suitable candidates. Additionally, she actively contributes to the mental health allies group within the company and has published a newsletter on mental well-being.

I am a people person, so relationship building is essential for my own professional and personal development. I enjoy having conversations with candidates and finding out more about their background and the type of role they would be interested in. I equally enjoy meeting clients and finding out the needs of their organisation, what can be challenging, and what makes their organisation stand out – all of which is key in finding the right person for the role.

Prior to joining Berwick Partners, Corinne gained experience in the healthcare sector and completed her Masters in Mental Health and Road Traffic Collisions. She has a passion for reading health books and is an avid music lover. With her commitment to relationship-building and finding great talent, Corinne plays a crucial role in successful healthcare recruitment at Berwick.
