Lucy Ramsbottom
Lucy is the Head of Research and is based in the Manchester office.
She specialises in Financial Leadership Executive Recruitment, supporting the practice in senior financial appointments across the UK. However, her research experience spans various sectors including FMCG, retail, leisure, not-for-profit, housing, healthcare, and local government.
Since joining Berwick Partners in 2017, Lucy has worked with a wide range of organisations and has filled notable roles such as Head of Group Finance at Freshfields Service Company, Finance Director EMEA at Acushnet Europe, and Director of Finance at Manchester University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. She also works on non-finance roles such as Director of Digital at Marston’s, and Head of IT at McDonald’s.
Currently, Lucy leads the Berwick Partners team of researchers and is involved in the Berwick Advisory Forum and Allies Programme. Prior to joining Berwick Partners, Lucy worked as a Senior Researcher in Odgers Berndtson’s Healthcare Practice.

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Lancaster University. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys reading and keeping chickens.
