At Berwick Partners we take responsibility for the impact that our business makes on the environment, our communities, clients, employees and candidates.

Corporate Social Responsibility

We recognise the duty of care that we have to both those who work for us and with us. We are responsive to their emotional and physical needs, as well as ensuring we are respectful of their work/life balance. We encourage and enable staff to be involved in charitable and pro bono work including trusteeships of charities, mentoring work with local schools and colleges, governorships with educational establishments and participation in sponsored events.  

We constantly consider the impact our organisation has on the environment and strive to minimise our environmental footprint and adopt sustainable working practices.
