Berwick Partners are delighted to announce that Tamsin Terry-Lush has joined as a Principal Consultant within the Retail Practice. Tamsin brings a wealth of experience to the already successful Retail Practice and will enable the Retail Practice to further expand in both new and existing areas.
Tamsin joins with a significant amount of experience from a variety of Resourcing and Talent Acquisition roles. After completing a general management graduate training scheme in Luxury retail Tamsin then moved to work within HR. This was followed by a move to join a niche Retail Recruitment Consultancy where Tamsin worked as a senior consultant and as a divisional manager. Tamsin then moved back in-house within two FTSE 100 Retail Banking organisations, heading up their Retail Branch Network Resourcing Functions. Both these roles involved leading large teams and managing the strategic direction, and resourcing delivery for the networks volume and specialist human capital requirements.
Latterly in 2011 Tamsin joined a Recruitment Communications Agency as Regional Director for the Midlands and South West, overseeing the largest regional accounts and the teams accountable for client service. Tamsin studied Politics and Sociology at Bristol University, returning to education to undertake an MA and CIPD qualification at the University of Westminster.
Tamsin will work alongside Paul Williams to offer both clients and candidates within the Retail sector true expertise and a real depth of experience. Ultimately delivering a market leading service and outcome for all.
