Our area of focus is substantive sub-board level positions typically from the Band 8D and Band 9AFC level and non-board VSM positions. We have successfully recruited across all functional and divisional leadership areas including Operations, Nursing, Midwifery, Medical, Human Resources, Finance, Strategy, Estates, Governance, and IT. We are often asked to support newly created positions and we specialise in supporting trusts with the most challenging to fill positions.
