KONE are now seeking a leader for the London and South-East region to take full P&L responsibility for their most valuable UK and Ireland market. You will report to the UK Managing Director and:

• Provide strategic, operational, and commercial leadership for the region to create and maintain a high performing business
• Develop a collaborative team, enthused to deliver safely, sustainably, and profitably
• Encourage growth & development, driving best practices and the KONE culture
• Manage and grow the relationships with customers, understanding market drivers and changes in technology

You will be a talented P&L leader, already operating at Regional Director level or with the capability to make this transition and go further in KONE in the future. Career development opportunities could be local or global in a recognised market leader. Your attributes will include:

• Relevant expertise in a related business environment, collaborative, able to influence cross functionally
• Experience in developing and executing successful business strategies and plans
• Visible and authentic with a leadership track record that includes focus on safety and employee engagement
• Commercially adept, capable of building great relationships that ensure customer retention and loyalty
• Able to improve and deliver consistent operational performance across multiple business lines (installation, service, and modernisation)
• Financially literate, delivering the numbers whilst navigating disruption
• Technically adept and safety conscious, with an engineering or construction background particularly beneficial
• University Degree preferred

An excellent base salary, annual bonus, car allowance, family healthcare and DC pension plan is on offer. The head office for the region is in Clapham, with a degree of flexible working possible.
