Following the continuation of some recent, positive structural changes within the global company, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to help shape and deliver the global marcomms strategy.

 

The Role

  • Develop the marketing communications strategy in accordance with the business plan.
  • Work closely with the regional Managing Directors to agree sales processes and best practices to be adopted across all regions, providing a consistent and holistic understanding of the customer sales journey.
  • Manage the launch of the new global website, maximising the new advanced features. Utilise data and insight to introduce new efficient CRM processes and tools to manage every touch point of the customer journey, from lead generation, qualification, order confirmation to delivery.
  • Plan, develop, and coordinate digital and non-digital marketing activities, collaborating with the regional marketing teams.
  • Build collaborative relationships with local marcomms and sales teams, acting as ‘one team’. Support and develop the regional teams.

 

The Candidate

  • Minimum of 5 years B2B digital and marcomms experience with an industrial/capital equipment manufacturer; a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong technical capability, including web creation and content, data analytics and CRM systems. Experience in non-digital marketing activities such as trade shows, product launches etc.
  • Must be independent, self-motivated, capable of managing and effectively prioritising multiple tasks. Strong project management, monitoring and evaluation skills.
  • Ideally demonstrate some international experience with an ability to show an appreciation and versatility when working with other cultures.
  • ‘A hands-on’ manager who enjoys building collaborative and inclusive teams. Someone who leads by example and enjoys developing and supporting experienced teams.
