The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for managing through all relevant channels, the master-branding of the Group. You will be focussed on building brand recognition against key areas of capability, including sustainability, innovation, customer-centricity and the broader ESG agenda. Specific emphasis in relation to channels will be on developing web presence; in particular, enhancing Social Media messaging, followers and conversations with customers, suppliers, employees and other relevant stakeholders. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to achieve results through influence and be able to operate with a high degree of EQ and structure. You will have a depth of B2B marketing experience in a manufacturing environment and be used to working across international territories. You will be particularly adept at building social media activity alongside other channels to market.
Well educated, you will have successfully led branding initiatives and be used to commercially influencing in a decentralised business model. A second European language would be an advantage.
The Group Marketing Manager will be based in the Manchester Head Office, with some international travel expected. A competitive base salary, car allowance, bonus and benefits are on offer.
