Group Head of FP&A-Boohoo Plc-Manchester-Competitive Salary commensurate with experience

The Role

As part of a restructure in finance an opportunity has arisen for a Group Head of Financial Planning and Analysis who will be a key member of the Group Finance function responsible for FP&A and commercial finance across the Boohoo Group. This will include the group financial planning processes, group-level trade reporting and group function business partnering

Boohoo are also looking at succession planning and view this as an opportunity to bring in a talented finance professional who could be a future Finance Director in the organisation.

The Candidate

Candidates will also need to:

  • Be a qualified finance professional with strong financial planning skills and at least ten years’ experience working in a relevant sector such as retail or a consumer facing technology business.
  • Possess a sharp analytical mind, advanced Excel skills and experience in using business intelligence tools such as Qlik or Tableau.
  • Have strong communication skills (reporting and presenting) and high levels of EQ and credibility.
  • Be a people leader capable of coaching and developing their team through change.
  • Be innovative thinkers, continually driving improvements.
