The Role

This is an exciting stepping-stone into a full sales role, and a key role in the Global Accounts team. You will be responsible for supporting RFi’s largest and fastest growing global accounts on a day-to- day basis; you will enjoy client stakeholder interaction to senior level. RFi are looking for an experienced Client Services Executive with a strong track record in managing client relationships to play a key role in driving the success of the team.

You will be charged with delivering on personal targets including supporting the renewal of existing contracts along with an allocated new business amount.

This role will allow the right person to grow with the business, demonstrating their ambition through their actions and attitude.

The Candidate
  • You will be a strong coordinator, communicator, and relationship builder – able to develop multi-level relationships with internal and client stakeholders in multiple regions and markets.
  • You will be a proactive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, owning daily decisions and making sure things happen.
  • You will have had consistent client exposure with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client services role and proven experience running a self -sufficient sales process.
  • Experience from a small research consultancy would be an advantage and exposure to Banking and Financial Services is beneficial
  • You will have the ability to shape processes, continuously seeking improvement and better solutions with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • You will be a facilitator and integrator with strong, concise, and accurate communication skills.

  • Adaptive and resilient, you will work well with ambiguity
