Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst
£35,000-£40,000, plus package

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain, the Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for improving the function’s existing policies, procedures and performance whilst managing operational tasks.

They will also:

  • Manage existing spend data improving its accuracy and visibility, enabling better performance across the function.
  • Ensure processes are fit-for-purpose and enable the business to meet their corporate objectives.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the function
  • Execute operational and business as usual, procurement and supply chain activities.
  • Be an ambassador of procurement and supply chain, ensuring the function maintains a positive perception and reputation across the business.

The Candidate

This individual must be an enthusiastic professional, with some existing procurement or supply chain experience in an administrative, analytical or operational role.

They must:

  • Have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to read and interpret data, making suitable recommendations.
  • Be a self-starter with a pragmatic approach to procurement tasks and activities.
  • Have a passion for data management and cleansing.
  • Have experience populating and maintaining an ERP or data management system.
  • Have experience managing operational procurement or supply chain activities.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Have strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise critical workstreams.
  • Growth potential to take on more responsibilities.
