We are looking to make a senior addition to our existing regional operations team. We are open to considering those outside the healthcare sector who can demonstrate good operational leadership, strategic thinking and a desire to support the vulnerable in our society.
We are the largest provider of community-based home and social care services in the UK. Every day, our companies help thousands of people with a wide variety of care needs to live independently at home.
Established in 2009, we’ve continued to grow steadily, both by acquiring companies of all sizes and winning new business. Our success has hinged on our commitment to delivering the highest-quality services whilst offering the public purse great value for money. Instrumental to the Group’s success is our senior leadership team with which we continue to go from strength to strength.
Our services encompass everything from popping in to look after an elderly grandparent, to supporting someone with a 24/7 medical team to live at home after a life-altering accident. We employ around 16,000 people delivering over 50,000 hours of care every day. We generate over £300m turnover from a branch network of 200 UK locations.
Our ambition is to transform community-based care. We are investing in technology to transform care outcomes at a scale and intensity beyond any other provider in the industry. Our goal is to transform the care we offer to those we look after, making a meaningful difference to their lives and bringing peace of mind to their friends and family.
In line with this ambition, we are looking for an energetic and forward-looking Regional Director to lead our services in the North East.
