An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Director at DACS. The Finance Director is primarily responsible for providing strategic leadership to the finance team, working collaboratively as a member of the senior leadership team and contributing to the success of the company, whilst also identifying potential opportunities and risks.
The Finance Director will provide strong business partnering support and will facilitate the development of new products and services and ensure that all aspects of DACS’ operations are financially sound and underpinned by the best financial insight and information.
Ideally, the Finance Director will be passionate about the visual arts and will flourish through working in this sector with exposure to the opportunities and challenges artists encounter.
You will be a qualified finance professional with exceptional leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and empower colleagues to achieve DACS’ mission and objectives.
You will have managed a full finance function previously, and will bring a track record of providing analysis, insight and business planning to support the development and delivery of new services and products.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Finance Director will work to ensure that every aspect of DACS’ evolving operations are supported by the most appropriate technical infrastructure and support services.
