As Director of Marketing, Recruitment and Communications you’ll play a critical leadership role at this exciting time in helping to shape our ambitious future. Working collaboratively across the University, you’ll create and deliver a strong brand profile for us as the ‘connected university’ and as the pioneer of digital developments. You will raise our profile and develop deeper connections as a civic university with our stakeholders locally, regionally and nationally.
Furthermore, you will create a stronger brand profile for us within the higher education marketplace, continuing to build upon our increased growth in student numbers over the last few years, in our undergraduate, post graduate and apprenticeship provision, in our home, EU and international markets, to increase our market share.
Internally, you will transform the way we communicate with each other, redeveloping and delivering a step change in our internal communications, so that we are more connected as we deliver these ambitions.
With substantial and proven experience of developing and delivering innovation and results across this broad portfolio, you’ll be a digital pioneer, with boundless creativity, flair and passion for demonstrating impact. An understanding of the UK Higher Education sector would be helpful, but by no means essential.
