Magenta Living now seek to appoint an Assistant Director, Building Services. The role will report directly to the Executive Director of Assets and form a key part of the Leadership Team.
The incoming Assistant Director, Building Services will be responsible for ensuring the Building Services Team provide an efficient and effective service which is responsive to its service users and customers, whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service and safety. Critical to success, will be the ability to influence and build constructive working relationships to develop a “one team” culture across the company.
• An experienced maintenance professional with at least 5 years’ experience of managing a team of maintenance/improvement operations at a senior level.
• Proven experience of delivering services within budgets.
• Proven experience of delivering excellence in service to customers.
• HNC/HND, Degree or equivalent in a construction related field.
• A strong understanding of health and safety and an appropriate qualification.
