The Technology Director will lead the strategic development of digital operations and services to colleagues and members alike, supporting the evolution of digital licensing and rights management solutions into the metaverse.

This exciting technology leadership opportunity will see an engaging, commercially pragmatic and innovative Technology leader, shape, lead and deliver the digital strategy and vision for DACS. An integral part of the leadership team, the Technology Director will bring a proven pedigree of shaping successful digital strategy and hands-on digital transformation delivery.

The Role

• As a senior leader, the Technology Director will own and drive the evolution of the critical digital platforms, systems and services, as well as delivering consistent IT and digital operational performance.
• Proactively seek out opportunities to create business and member value, commercial growth and performance improvement through enhanced technology exploitation and digital services.
• Through the creative management of internal and external resources, combine industry best practice and advanced technology to deliver agile, innovative solutions that set the standard for this market.

The Candidate

•  An experienced digital Technology delivery leader with a passion for evolving digital technologies, you will be an impactful and influential commercially led business facing leader.
• A proven transformational IT leader and digital subject-matter expert with a passion for driving customer value from technology and digital investments. Exposure to, and a passion for, the arts would be advantageous.
• You will have an entrepreneurial mind-set, combined with a pragmatic and well-disciplined approach to innovative digital and technology delivery. Adept in the management of internal and external stakeholders whilst taking a wider strategic view as well as producing and presenting coherent strategic advice to the board.
