An inspirational people manager, you’ll set the vision for customer services and motivate colleagues to deliver first-class customer care, whilst making sure every member of the team feels valued and can be their best every day.
You’ll have a track record of leading customer services staff and you’ll live and breathe outstanding leadership behaviors to provide clarity, feedback, coaching and development. Equally, you’ll be passionate about ensuring the right environment for your teams to work in, with staff wellbeing and motivation always at the forefront of your thinking.
As a member of the operations senior team you’ll have the chance to drive constructive relationships at all levels throughout the organisation and your business skills will see you embed and deliver on key milestones – whilst achieving amazing outcomes for our clients.
