The Trust is now seeking to appoint to the newly created role of Associate Director – Strategy & Business Development to deliver the future growth of its distinctive education and training provision.
Reporting into the Director of Education and Training / Dean of Postgraduate Studies, you will develop and implement business development plans and strategy to achieve overarching business growth objectives. Through a commercial understanding of the external market place, you will ensure the Trust remains at the forefront of education and training. This exciting new role will provide the scope to truly shape the future of this critical area.
As the successful candidate, you will have a demonstrable track record of strategic business development in a complex sector involving a technical offering. You will also have the ability to develop and maintain business relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders in addition to developing robust business plans. As a senior member of the Trust, you will demonstrate leadership across operational and commercial areas and be able to manage and motivate teams to consistently deliver high performance.
