Gen² Property is a private company responsible for a £2bn public sector property portfolio. We provide, manage and maintain a property estate of more than 1,700 offices, libraries, museums, care homes, schools and other mixed-use building across London and the South East. On behalf of clients we manage over £25m annual revenue expenditure and £250m of capital expenditure on infrastructure projects.

We are looking for a Chief Property Officer, a newly created role, reporting to the Chief Executive, who will lead a team of operational property heads of service to deliver high quality property management, investment consultancy, facilities contract management and construction project management services.

With the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer you will share in giving strong leadership to the company transforming culture, quality and profitability. You will be a well-rounded, chartered property professional with a private sector General Practice/Real Estate bias, working with public sector clients, eager to take a senior leadership position in a fast growing property consultancy, offering professional services to the public sector.
