Our external commitment
We partner with our clients to help define their leadership diversity challenges and develop appropriate recruitment solutions across both our process and theirs.
We are passionate about the significant role we play in enabling and delivering diversity, and pride ourselves on doing so in an authentic way.
There is no one size fits all solution to challenges surrounding EDI; this is a complex topic that requires us to take an innovative, approach to each situation. From briefing and mapping to engagement strategies and onboarding advice – we assess each situation individually and develop the most appropriate solution, sharing as much information as possible with our clients.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Actively engaging with diverse pools of leaders through hosting events and creating networks with organisations who are experts on diversity.
- Advising our clients on their internal processes and onboarding initiatives to understand how conducive they are to EDI and how things can be improved.
- Using our cross-sector networks to provide shortlists that include out-of-sector candidates; this can provide a solution to specific diversity challenges, as well as encouraging diversity of thought more broadly.
- Running our annual Emerging Leaders Programme, that places importance on diversity of thought and seeking opinions, ideas and support of individuals outside of your sector. Find out more here.
