Richard Youle-Grayling is a Consultant in the Supply Chain and Procurement Practice specialising in middle to senior management appointments across procurement, supply chain and logistics. Richard has a successful track record of recruiting across a broad range of sectors and companies from SME’s to Global Plc’s. He has a particular strength in recruiting for companies in the manufacturing, business services, retail, chemicals, pharmaceutical and professional services space. Richard started his career as a graduate trainee working for DHL within their logistics and operations teams. Prior to joining Berwick Partners, he spent 10 years working for a market leading global recruitment business and was instrumental in establishing its supply chain and procurement division. Richard read Law at university and works on appointments across the UK, from his primary base in Manchester.
