Melanie Donkin is Head of Resourcing for Berwick Partners, responsible for identifying and recruiting new consultants to Berwick Partners, and providing an on-boarding process to support their early development within the organisation. Formerly a consultant in the public sector practice based in Leeds, Melanie has worked in executive search for the last 15 years, joining Berwick Partners in 2000. She initially managed search assignments for clients in the industry and financial services markets. In 2002, Melanie joined the public sector practice to lead searches for executives in the health, charities, heritage and general sectors in the North of England. She spent a year in the interim management practice in 2008, developing new clients in the healthcare sector, returning to the search practice in 2009. Melanie is a Psychology graduate and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is also qualified in psychometric testing. Her early career was spent in HR management undertaking operational HR and change management roles.
