Mandy Turpin joined Berwick Partners in 2007 to recruit middle to senior management roles across the Infrastructure and Support Services sector. With a track record of success, she has spent the last nine years working a number of key appointments across the North of England. She recruits cross-functionally within a diverse range of industry sectors and has particular expertise in recruiting sales & marketing, HR and operational management. Prior to joining Berwick Partners, Mandy spent seven successful years with a global recruitment organisation specialising in finance, general management and human resources, and the last four years working in a managerial role. From 2003, Mandy specialised in developing a leading human resources brand across the North of England. Consequently, she has built and maintained a strong network and reputation within the industrial, retail and consumer markets and has a proven track record of delivery for both leading blue chip clients and SME’s. Mandy holds a 2:1 Honours Degree from the University of Northumbria in Business and Retail Management.
