Korinna Sjoholm is a Consultant in the Energy, Manufacturing and Infrastructure Practice for Berwick Partners, (an Odgers Berndtson company) and is based out of the Leeds office.

With a national remit, Korinna specialises in recruiting middle to senior appointments across technical, commercial and operational functions. Prior to joining Berwick Partners she led the Construction and Infrastructure practice of a national Search firm, establishing her network within the sector at a senior level.

Korinna adopts a partner approach with her client base, adding value to the traditional recruitment and selection process. She has delivered assignments including Managing Director of a leading specialist Engineering business, various Operations and Sales Directors of Support Service multi-nationals alongside Technical Director, Engineering management and functional positions across a range of SME’s.

Korinna has broad experience across the Construction and Infrastructure landscape, successfully managing assignments within Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Specialist and aligned markets such as Building Products.

Her early career was spent recruiting into the UK’s leading Consulting Engineering businesses across the Northern region with a FTSE 250 listed recruitment business. Korinna has a BA(Hons) in Human Geography from Leeds University.
