Jonathan is a Principal in Berwick Partners - a division of Odgers Berndtson - and specialises in recruiting senior and middle management appointments within the Energy, Manufacturing and Infrastructure markets. He is responsible for delivering commercial and operational leadership assignments in the Utilities, Manufacturing, Building Products, Aerospace & Defence, Precision Engineering, Oil & Gas, and Chemicals & Process Industries sectors. Based in Leeds, he recruits for clients throughout the UK, as well as for overseas organisations, who are seeking to strengthen their UK leadership teams. Jonathan has over fifteen years experience within the search and selection industry, having previously spent ten years within a specialist middle-management recruitment group. Here he recruited for both leading blue chip clients and entrepreneurial start-ups in the UK, Europe, and the US. Jonathan has an LLB (Hons) in Law.
