Holly Barron is a consultant in Berwick Partner Manchester office. She is a member of the firm’s SME Leadership practice and also the Energy, Manufacturing and Infrastructure (EMI) practices.

Holly focuses on recruiting executive and senior management positions for Small to Medium Enterprises, with turnovers up to c£100m across all commercial and industrial sectors in the North West of England. Her client base spans a number of sectors and she has extensive experience of working with and advising SME’s, which are often family owned and owner managed, private equity backed or high growth businesses.  In addition Holly works with a number of clients within the utilities sector encompassing power generation, water, electricity nuclear and renewables businesses.

Her functional expertises encompass a variety of disciplines including general, commercial and financial management.

After graduating from Manchester School of Management with a First class degree Holly joined a leading global recruitment consultancy. She has held a number of consulting and management positions and most recently was a Director of the senior management division recruiting for a range of businesses across the North West.
