Deborah Sutton is Head of the HR Practice for Berwick Partners, as well as being a member of the Retail Practice. Based in the Birmingham office, Deborah recruits middle to senior management roles cross-functionally within the retail and leisure sectors including finance, buying and merchandising, regional/operational management, marketing, account management, category management and human resources. After spending her early years in finance recruitment, Deborah established the Human Resources Practice at a leading international recruitment business working across all industry sectors. Initially developing the Midlands offering, she then took on a national role opening new locations, before being promoted to the position of Regional Director for HR recruitment in 2002. Deborah is a graduate in Business Studies and now has almost twenty years recruitment experience.
