Andrea Bainger is the Head of the Government & Social Enterprise Practices for Berwick Partners. She is based in the London office and specialises in a wide range of senior executive, board and public appointments for local government, Whitehall departments, their agencies, non-departmental public bodies and social enterprises. Andrea has over twelve years experience gained in both public and private sectors and has successfully appointed numerous executive and non-executive roles covering all functional and policy areas. Additionally she has led large and complex high-volume appointment campaigns for organisations such as the; Child Maintenance & Enforcement Commission, General Social Care Council, Committee on Climate Change, Health Care Commission and the London Development Agency. Over the last eight years Andrea has built, developed and led teams for other leading executive search and recruitment firms. Andrea is Recruitment and Employment Confederation accredited and is a qualified psychometric assessor.
