Amy Speake is a Consultant in the Energy, Manufacturing and Infrastructure Practice for Berwick Partners, an Odgers Berndtson Company and is based out of the Birmingham office.

She works on a national remit specialising in middle to senior management across technical, commercial and operational functions. Prior to Berwick Partners, Amy spent a number of years leading the Energy and Utilities Practice for a Boutique Search Firm building a strong client and candidate network and managing a wide range of appointments at a senior level.

Typical assignments included; Business Development Director for a Global Outsourcing Business, Divisional Managing Director for a leading Renewable Firm, Commercial Director for a leading provider of automation and information technologies etc.

Previously, Amy began her Executive Search career within Banking working for the European division of a major US listed head-hunting firm.
