Alka Gandhi is an experienced Consultant within the Consumer & Leisure Practice at Berwick Partners. She works on a national remit managing clients across the UK, predominantly within the Fmcg/Consumer and Leisure Markets. In addition, Alka also leads the Non- Food Consumer business for Berwick Partners. Having graduated with a 2:1 Honours degree in Business Studies, Alka has spent over 16 years building a strong client and candidate network within the Fmcg/consumer marketplace. She has experience of working across a number of high profile blue-chip Fmcg and non- food consumer businesses, in addition to SME and private/family owned businesses. Alka’s functional expertise lies with sales, marketing, customer marketing, operations and general management, with experience across both the B2C and B2B channels. Prior to joining Berwick Partners, Alka has held senior management positions within specialist boutique Fmcg/Consumer search and selection companies.
